Atis® platform

The Atis vacuum series is designed for thin-film coating by magnetron sputtering, resistive evaporation with ion-beam pre-cleaning. Optional e-beam evaporation system is available.
A wide range of options allows maximum flexibility in selecting the required configuration of the coaetr to meet specific customer requirements.
