Atmospheric discharge plasma for cleaning and surface preparation

Gioniz system allows to activate surfaces of different types of glass, plastic and textile materials for the following processes of coating deposition, gluing, painting, etc.

The system is working in atmosphere. Application of different gases in the plasma zone is available in order to reach different contact angles.

Optionally implementation of Gioniz system for processing the material in rolls is available as well as customization of the system for the different sides of substrates and materials dimensions.
